These terms describe how to use Briqc, a platform for renovation requests and contractor bids in Quebec.
Using the platform
You may use Briqc to create an account, post a renovation request, maintain a contractor profile or submit a bid, as the available features allow. Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account.
Project and bid content
You are responsible for the information you publish or submit. Provide accurate project details, business details and bids. Do not post content you lack permission to share, or use the platform for misleading or unlawful activity.
Contractor responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for their qualifications, licences, insurance, bids and work. Requesters and contractors should confirm scope, price, schedule and any other agreement directly with each other before work begins.
Briqc’s role
Briqc helps requesters and contractors find each other and compare proposals. Briqc does not perform renovation work or become a party to agreements between users. Profile information and bids should be checked by the people making a decision.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The current version will be available on this page.
